Rabbit taurs/ Primordial Jackalopes

During the early primal period of a new age, a group of rabbit-centaur like hybrids slowly emerges from the food chain and roams through the land. Despite their linguistic and vocabulary is still underdeveloped, they're one of the few species of mutants who are capable to think, socialize, and comprehend basic emotions, similar to humans at a very early periods.

They are mainly carnivorous at this era and hunt prey together as a pack, hunting down other animal mutants. Most of these jackalopes armed with a crudely crafted hunting spear out of scrap metal, made out of the remains of the botanical mutants who were hunted down by the carcass mutants..

Despite their similarities and possess various individual defects since their birth, their gender can be differentiated by how their bottom half was generally formed:

• Female rabbit-taurs/ jackalopes generally born with a larger back leg but with a smaller front leg, possesses a form similar to rabbits or sometimes kangaroos. Capable of making long and higher long jumps (up to a 5-3 story buildings), has a speed reaching 68 km/h, and has more physical strength and weight to their back legs.

• Male Rabbit-taurs generally born with 4 leg bottom half, generally possesses a form of any even-toed/hooved animals mainly stallions and antelopes, capable to sprint in speeds slightly higher than a ostrich (75 km/h), and mostly possessed more larger arms.

As time passes on, these jackalope mutants slowly born with different breeds, as some are straying away from their signature centaur-like form.
